Digital Marketing Associate (20,000-22,000)

Key Responsibilities

  • Works with the digital marketing manager and reports to him/her to ensure all tasks are done according to laid down rules of WCCC.
  • Understands purpose of the organization’s online presence and to harness such online presence to improve on profit making goals of the WCCC.
  • Maintains digital channels, plan, create inspirational, informative and engaging content.
  • Produce and create a program of digital content to be used across all WCCC’s digital channels, increasing engagement with our audiences and customers. (web pages, newsletters, social media posts).
  • Develops creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Writes, reviews, edits and updates the content of WCCC’s website, social media pages, newsletters and other similar platforms.
  • Create graphics and edit photos or assist the team’s graphic artists with the design of promotional materials.
  • Create awareness and interest within our audiences and customers, driving traffic to engage with digital content.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Facebook Meta Business, Google Analytics, AdWords, AdWords Keyword Tool, AdSense, Trends, Search Console, etc.
  • Prioritize and schedule work effectively, anticipating problems and adjusting the allocation of resources and time accordingly.
  • Participate in regular departmental and cross departmental progress meetings.
  • Proofread the material to be published.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
  • Work with the third-party digital marketing solutions team as authorized to support the role. (if applicable).
  • Remain current with our policies and procedures.
  • Attend events, meetings and functions as and when appropriate.
  • To act responsibly with data held by WCCC that you may have access to as part of your role, adhering to the provided guidelines and policies and reporting any concerns.
  • Undertake ad-hoc work compatible with the post holder’s status/experience as required.

Must Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience with the following tools/platforms:
    1. E-Commerce Marketing: Lazada/ Shopee
    2. Google Analytics, Google Ads
    3. For SEO, SEM, Keyword Search
    4. For Keywords Email Marketing i.e. MailChimp, Send in Blue, etc.
    5. Google Suite (GSUITE)
  • Impeccable grasp of the English language(Verbal/Written).
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media algorithms.
  • Must be very detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Able to analyze and evaluate effective digital campaigns.
  • Knowledgeable in content writing.
  • Basic graphic creation.
